- Fund grant performance index from a D to a B+ between 2013-2016 as a member of NACA-Global Fund (GF) Portfolio Management Team.
- Managed the biggest sub-recipient on the Global Fund grant FHI360 (2013-2016) who implemented in 10 states.
- Supervised most states (13) as a member of the NACA-GF Portfolio Management Team.
- Developed policies that led to institutional changes at the National Agency for the Control of AIDS as an Intern.
- Facilitated the development of HIV/AIDS Strategic Plan (2017-2021) for Jigawa State.
